  1. Blueberry Ice Box Cake

  3. Crust:
  4. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  5. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  6. 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)

  8. Mix well and spread evenly in a 9 x 13 pan.

  10. Cream well:
  11. 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  12. 3 beaten eggs
  13. 1 cup sugar
  14.  
  15. Spread over cumb mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350F.

  17. Add juice of 1/2 a lemon to 1 can of blueberry pie filling.  Mix well.
  18. Pour over cream filling while still hot.

  20. When completely cool, prepare 2 packages of dream whip and cover entire
  21. cake (or use Cool Whip).  Keeps very well in the refrigerator and in
  22. fact, the cake improves if it's allowed to sit.

  24. Note:  I'm real big on real whipped cream, but the Cool Whip really
  25. does work better with this cake.
